One of the guys isnt that great at giving haircuts but I feel someone named Dan is really good! I got the worst haircut from a guy who had an even worse attitude
I was always looked after Flávio, unfortunately he is not here anymore and today I was looked after by Alan. I think I will now have a new favourite. His attention to details and guest experience skill are juts spot on. You must try !!

Wow, barber was both homophobic and messed up my hair. Never a good vibe when you mention you have a same sex partner and your barber refuses to speak to you then butchers your hair.

The Kurdish barber was a bit disrespectful when engaging in small talk and made me really uncomfortable. We somehow touched on religion when he asked me where I am from, to which I replied that I am from a Muslim country but I am not a Muslim. And he asked why was I not a Muslim and I replied I don’t believe in Islam, after which he said maybe soon you will become one. So that made me really uncomfortable.

Love this place, a proper authentic barber shop right in centre of City Island. Great service from Owet, really nice guys and a lovely setup inside. I went in to sort the hair out on back of my neck and they didn’t even charge me, was really kind and unexpected. Will def come back here for full beard trim soon. Cheers gents! 🙏

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place even though I live in the area. I came in just now and waited 45 mins for a haircut only then to be told that as I didn’t have an appointment i wouldn’t be seen: if they had bothered to tell me as I walked in then no problem but what a waste of time.
Had a great first haircut here from Sam. Better value than other local barbershops, offered a drink and cut exactly as requested. Will be back!

I had a great experience at the salon, I needed a last minute blow-out for a wedding the next day and it was really easy to book. The staff were really friendly and Grace, the hairstylist, explained the condition of my hair and how to look after it. I got a wash, cut, blow dry and balayage without bleach with Jenny and I now have beautiful glossy chocolate brown that moves with the light! Jenny is an expert and listens to what you want and is sensitive around your concerns and anxiety regarding hair. I gave indication of what I wanted and then completely trusted her to do her magic and I’m really happy with it. You need to come here! I haven’t received customer service like this in a long time. I was in a situation where I needed to cut my hair in an emergency. Despite me calling up last minute and not having a booking, Jenny listened to me and she offered to take me on and stay longer despite her shift finishing. Where do you see customer service like that!
The way I am so grateful , she made me feel comfortable , she didn’t rush my hair and she left me feeling like me again after she did my hair. She cut it just the way I wanted it and my hair has never felt more alive.

Team Masters has recently opened right next to where I live. It is nicely decorated and clean inside. I had a great hair cut from Dani who was really helpful. I didn’t really know what I wanted and he helped me try a couple of different lengths and gave me some suggestions.
